Rules
Participation in the MILSET Expo-Sciences International 2025 is a fantastic opportunity for showcasing projects created by more than 1500 participants, coming from more than 60 countries around the world. The participation age range is from 9 to 25 years old.

How to participate?
The projects showcased at ESI 2025 are selected by MILSET Member Organizations.
A MILSET member
You will receive an email from esi2025@milset.org with your invitation and password to register your delegation on ESI 2025 registration system.
In case you did not receive it, please recover it on the page or send an email to esi2025@milset.org
Non-MILSET member
Please send your request to esi2025@milset.org and the corresponding MILSET Regional Office email. Do not forget to add the name of your organization, country, contact name and email address
The corresponding office will analyze your request. If your participation request is approved by the Regional Office, you will receive a welcome letter with your access code to register on ESI 2025 registration system.

Ask if you can be part of its delegation and follow the process that the organization indicates.
Fees
MILSET ESI 2025 participation rules include a maximum of one (1) adult supervisor for every three (3) young participants, plus one (1) delegation leader when the delegation has more than three (3) young participants. If your delegation does not comply with these supervisors to participant ratio, the extra supervisor(s) will be charged a full rate fee.
The registration fee covers all listed inclusions, ensuring you are well-prepared for a productive and enjoyable experience at ESI 2025.

Participation Fees Covers
6 nights of accommodation at hotels (Arrival date: 27th September 2025 - Departure date: 3rd October 2025)
3 meals per day
Tours, Activities, participant kit
Shuttle from airport to hotels upon arrival on 27th September 2025 (we encourage all participants for arrive as closes as possible to midday and before 23:30 pm)
Transportation from hotels to airports upon departure on 3rd October 2025
Internal transportation during the event
Accommodation
The participation fee includes 6 nights of lodging in 4 stars hotels. If a participant decides to extend their stay, the booking of additional nights as well as the additional expenses should be covered by the participant.
Transportation
The reception point for all delegates will be the Abu Dhabi Zayed International Airport (AUH) on September 27, 2025. We encourage to all delegates to try to book flights that are closer to midday as arrival time, to avoid long time to Hotel’s Check-in.
